It's Cool, Yeah?
Can't get it out of your mind,
or can you?
Or that other man who ran out the pavement,
with a gunshot wound;
an unsuspecting stranger thought he was a
hoax.
Or some spirit animal who ate too much rice
'very good isn't it?'
they're feasting on elegies
it keeps them alive they say'.
'Probably the best thought'-
a man once said,
'P-probably it's good, if we,
take this out and put this in,
or make no sense at all-
THAT'S GREAT!'
They've watch it over and over again-
on the TV,
or in some old split type air conditioner,
while munching on,
rice krispies.
'Come again next time!'
they'd shout at you,
like you're some deaf not hearing
the words caught under the mattresses
off of their chairs.
'I guess it's cool', they say-
'the victim had a hand held gun',
pointed at himself.
I can't stop laughing.
